Dominic Moss is the senior partner at Stonehewer Moss. His main practice areas are GDPR, data privacy and regulatory compliance. He currently assists businesses in preparing for the new General Data Protection Regulations and all that it entails. As a founder of Hackwood Houston Dominic also assists businesses with commercial law needs.
Dominic is also a recognized expert in Personal Injury law and one of only 170 lawyers (out of 150,000) in the UK to reach the rank of Fellow of the APIL Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
In respect of privacy law, he has undertaken the BSC, GDPR Practitioner certificate in data privacy, which all assure you of the highest standards of knowledge and service.
On the social side Dom is married to Debbie and lives in Northwich. His hobbies include sailing, skiing and Boxer dogs.

Sarah joined the practice in November 2010 and became our Personal Injury Partner in August 2015. A senior litigator of APIL, Sarah specialises in catastrophic and serious injury claims, along with complex litigation and clinical negligence cases. With a wealth of experience in personal injury cases, Sarah is robust yet empathetic in her approach.
She understands the needs of her clients in what can be very difficult and stressful circumstances, assessing rehabilitation needs early on and working hard to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys walking and socialising.

Private Client Solicitor
Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2012, after spending most of her training dealing with matters involving historical child abuse. Charlotte originally qualified into personal injury but decided to re-train into wills, trusts and estates in 2015 and joined the team here at Stonehewer Moss Solicitors in May 2017.
Charlotte runs her own caseload of estate administration, wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and is currently working towards obtaining her Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) qualifications.
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and cocker spaniel, Pippin. She also enjoys outdoor sports such as tennis, netball, horse riding and triathlon.

Tom studied his law degree at the University of Chester and is currently completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. In addition to this he currently undergoing a training contract and will qualify as a solicitor in 2019.
Tom recently moved to Northwich to live with his girlfriend and in his spare time plays basketball and cricket. He also enjoys the gym and going out for meals with friends

Julie Capper is our head Receptionist and Medical Liaison Executive. Julie is the firm’s longest standing member of staff and has always been able to strike up a good relationship with clients, putting them at ease when times can be stressful. She arranges most of the medicals we do to make sure that we are able to provide a fast and efficient service so as to help clients either settle their claims as soon as is practicable or where appropriate obtain an interim payment whilst the matter progresses.
She grew up in Northwich and has lived there all her life, attending the local schools and College. She has 2 children. Julie has a lot of experience dealing with people in person and over the phone, having worked in an office environment for 20 years. Our expert typist and administrator, her hobbies are reading, walking and mountain-biking.
