For higher value claims, we cap our client's liability for legal costs at no more than 18% of their compensation recovery. This is less than half of the amount some other firms charge.

If one of your clients is asking for help with a personal injury, you can help by:

- Send to us the client’s name only to pi.link@stonehewermoss.co.uk with ‘new enquiry’ in the subject bar.
- Ask the client to call us on 01606 872200 (24hrs) and to give us your firm’s name as a reference.

How We Can Help You
Being a niche Personal Injury law firm, you can send your referrals to us without the fear of losing other work from your client. Indeed if your client is left to look elsewhere for their personal injury claim, they may end up using a firm that is a competitor of yours. We can help you by:
- Responding to your client’s enquiry in a timely and professional manner, where you can be assured that your client is being given best advice in respect of their concerns.
- Making it clear to your client that we only deal with personal injury claims and that they should contact you with any other legal needs that they have.
- Referring to you, non personal injury enquiries that we receive ourselves which might be of interest to you. We do this for our referral partners on a ‘cab rank’ basis. The firm having referred to us the most recent PI enquiry will receive the next suitable enquiry we get for themselves.
