Meet Dominic Moss, Senior Personal Injury Partner
Dominic Moss is a senior partner at Stonehewer Moss and a solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in personal injury law.
He founded the firm in 2003 with the intention of creating a specialist personal injury law firm to deal exclusively with accident cases in Cheshire. To date, Stonehewer Moss has acted for over 3,000 successful personal injury clients with a cumulative claim’s value of over £20 million.
Dominic is recognised locally as an expert in personal injury law. He is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and an APIL Fellow.
He has extensive experience in dealing with serious personal injury claims ranging from accidents at work, accidents on the streets and in public places, through to road traffic accidents, clinical and cosmetic treatment negligence.
Dominic’s ability to listen to clients and show genuine care has been key to building strong relationships with his clients throughout the claims process.
As the firm’s senior partner, his goal has always been to help clients who have suffered a personal injury as a result of someone else’s negligence, secure financial compensation and rehabilitation support as quickly and stress-free as possible.
In addition to personal injury law, Dominic also has vast experience and expertise in employment claims, data protection and GDPR, and housing disrepair claims.
Meet Tom Owen, Personal Injury Partner
Tom is a partner here at Stonehewer Moss solicitors, specialising and heading up the Personal Injury Law department. Tom studied his law degree at the University of Chester and qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and has attained Senior Litigator level with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Whilst dealing with all types of personal injury claim, Tom specialises in high value accidents at work. He has a wealth of experience dealing with such claims and knows how to make sure each claimant gets the maximum amount of compensation possible.
Tom lives in Cheshire with his wife and dog. In his spare time Tom loves dog walking and plays basketball and cricket. He also enjoys the gym and going out for meals with friends.
