We are business advisers with backgrounds in law and management consulting. We have worked across many sectors and have particular experience of businesses with intellectual property as a core asset, especially early stage businesses and businesses looking to expand. Family businesses are a key focus, where our deep experience on governance, sustainability and  succession shapes our approach, making us truly different and our service offering unique.

We work inside businesses, as part of your team. Helping you structure and strengthen your business from within, creating value, releasing management time and worry, fortifying your sustainability and longevity with timely problem solving skills, moving your business forward, helping you make the right decisions at the right time. We help you navigate your way, going beyond just legal advice.

To support your wider business needs we work from your offices, with you, strengthening your leadership team, shoulder to shoulder, mentoring where appropriate, senior and junior teams. We are linked to major law firms where we can source and mobilise specialist market leading professional teams and manage them for you and with you, with no conflict of interest- we are on your team.

This will feel like you have an in-house team on your side, at your shoulder, strengthening your decision makers, adding professionalism and weight, increasing the bench strength to take the business forward.

We can take on projects for you or provide general business and professional guidance. Our wide contact base and relationship reach will be at your disposal. We are flexible and will work how you want us to with 24/7 availability.

We work to affordable budgets on fixed fee or retainer basis. Typically, this could be several days a month or more if required. Flexing up and down when needed.
