Solicitor’s assistant takes partner to court

Mrs B worked for a large Manchester solicitors firm and suffered bullying and harassment from the founding partner.

Background

Mrs B was a personal assistant in a large firm of solicitors in Manchester. As a result of alleged bullying and harassment from the founding partner, Mrs B resigned and brought a claim for constructive dismissal against the firm.
